I was EXTREMELY unhappy to have to pay over $80 for someone to lay my new mats in my new car. Already my mats I bought from TEAGUE cost a whole lot. The free oil change was nice, and they even adjusted my tire pressure without me asking. But im really upset about the mats and im pretty sure they are not even right, because they dont lay down flat in the back, it looks like they dont fit or not put in right, I dunno but paying for it either way is bad service.

In past service was very good this time was made aware of recall while there to have oil changed it took longer than was told but that wasn't the issue I am very disappointed with the service tech that left and used his vape IN MY CAR I know this from the smell along with finding his vape in console I took his vape back to him something I shouldn't of had to do i am hoping this will not occur again

First: Bought used 2023 1500 w/29k at time of purchase from another dlr. and looking for a servicing dlr. in immediate area. This was first appt. To have vehicle in and review dlrshp. Next: Spoke to Gracie to schedule an appointment, kudos on interactions. Now: Arrived at front entrance of dealership, walked in and immediately asked could I be helped, directed to the service department to let them know that I was there. After initial paperwork and information exchanged, shown where coffee was at, toured the front sales & dealership entryway and observed many outdated or, as I would call, ‘issues of perception’,ie; boxes with old parts on benches where customers could set, spider webs in display cases, too much old, sun-faded paper and displays, personal or dealership items that should not be on floor, etc. Perception drives image. Parts and service personnel knowledgeable. Appointment for engine oil change went as scheduled, and on time but did not receive a checklist as told or any upsell on service timing unless I generated the question. Checkout and payment transaction went smoothly.
