Service was timely and correctly completed

I truly regret ever buying a truck from here. Whenever I bought the truck I was lied to about the condition of it, and now the motor has locked up. I was quoted 15,000 to fix it and this is so absurd. I still owe over 30,000 on it and having to pay that much to fix it is ridiculous. I truly can not believe what is going on the truck is a 2022 truck and it is already messing up from the motor. This should not even be possible. And you are telling me it has no warranty? This is an impossible situation and a nightmare I am experiencing. If there is anyways someone could help me I would really appreciate it.

The whole experience was professional and friendly from the check-in crew to the lady at the desk in the waiting area.

My battery was failing. The service department took in my car and replaced the battery the same day that I called them.

Spoke with SA Clay mid morning, had vehicle towed in as it left me stranded for the second time since ownership. Notified upon arrival of vehicle to yard. Diagnostics ran. Determined to be fuel power control module internal short. R & R’d module, notified me vehicle was ready for pick up that afternoon. Kudos to Clay and the Teague service team. Eased up the bruising take that day from my wife and her Ford never leaving her stranded.
