My battery was failing. The service department took in my car and replaced the battery the same day that I called them.

Spoke with SA Clay mid morning, had vehicle towed in as it left me stranded for the second time since ownership. Notified upon arrival of vehicle to yard. Diagnostics ran. Determined to be fuel power control module internal short. R & R’d module, notified me vehicle was ready for pick up that afternoon. Kudos to Clay and the Teague service team. Eased up the bruising take that day from my wife and her Ford never leaving her stranded.

Teague Chevrolet and Buick did well. They repaired my driver side TMS system and got me back on the road again quickly.

I started conversations with Teague a few weeks prior to my purchase. They didn’t have what I was looking for but they were looking for it. I was in no hurry so I was fine waiting to get exactly what i wanted. Brandon reached out to me to let me know they had found it. We did my application over the phone and the next day I picked up my new car. When I arrived, the car was parked out front and ready. The paperwork took maybe 5 minutes and I was out of there in 15 mins total. This process was quick and smooth. I am so glad I didn’t spend half my day in a dealership like I have in past purchases. Teague has earned my business for life!
